Nor Cal Safety and Health Fair San Leandro
 

We were invited to do training up in San Leandro at the Zero Net Energy Center. We trained the Electrical Awareness Class and the Solar Safety Class. Sitting in on the classes were some representatives from

Alameda County Fire and Alameda Sharif's Search and Rescue. We also were part of their fair on the following day. Thank you all for the invite and we hope to be up your way again soon!

CFED Conference Palm Springs
 

We were honored to be invited to, not only attend the CFED West conference and Expo, but also teach a solar awareness class as one of the breakout sessions. We had a lot of fun and hopefully helped give a little more knowledge on this fast growing trend of solar power. Thanks for having us come out!

Firehouse World San Diego
 

Firehouse World is the largest gathering of fire service professionals on the West Coast.

Firehouse World provides superior education and affordable education and learning opportunities to the fire service at all levels. We have been invited to do some live presentations and help firefighters better understand the dangers of electricity.

The Electrical Worker  San Bernardino
 
This month an article was released in The Electrical Worker further discussing the Colton Fire incendent, the benifits of the program, how the class was started, and a general overview of the class. The magazine is distributed to all IBEW members in the USA and Canada.

First Solar Awareness Class Orange County
 
Today we had our first offical Solar Awareness Class. Special thanks to the Fire Prevention Officers of Orange County and all those who joined us at Station One, Orange County Fire Department. Colton Fire Interview City of Colton

Fire House World San Diego
 

More than 8,000 firefighters now have a better chance of staying alive at a fire after they completed a three-hour long electrical safety awareness class offered free by the IELMCC, IBEW and NECA. Instructor and electrician, CJ Hamilton, talked with Energy Independence Magazine about the classes given by the union as a public service at the recent Firehouse World Expo.
